Today, we are excited to unveil our brand-new, totally redesigned website at http://www.CityConnects.org! The new site packs in more information about our model of optimized student support and the four domains on which we focus: academics, social/emotional, health, and family.
We think this new site helps explain how we work to advance our mission, which is to have children engage and learn in school by connecting each child with the tailored set of prevention, intervention, and enrichment services he or she needs to thrive.
